History

Since 1985, USINAFER Mechanical Industry has experience in making original parts for automakers and car systemists like: tractors, trucks and cars.

With its own factory in the city of Sorocaba, in a privileged location, close to the most important roads in the country, with rapid access to all regions of Brazil and Mercosul, making logistics cheaper.

In 2008, with the experience and expertise in making original parts for several segments, the brands URP (Usinafer Replacement of Parts) and USR (Usinafer rolling bearing industry) are created. Then, it begins the manufacturing and commercialization of parts, components and bearings to the “Aftermarket”.

In order to support the demand of this market, USINAFER has invested in last generation equipments, as of: CNC rotation centers, Centros de Usinagem CNC, Geradoras de Engrenagens PLC, Máquina de medição Tridimensional CNC, softwares for projects, drawings and manufacturing processes. USINAFER also has high technology, and skilled employees.
